These terms and conditions apply to items ordered by Internet from Your Big Days website.

Order process
1. We will send to you an e-mail that your order is being processed, if you enter a correct e-mail address, and will also send you an order acknowledgement e- mail. Neither of these are order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
2. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped.
3. The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods and order invoice.
4. The purchase of goods is subject to availability.
5. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2 of these terms and conditions.


Payment
Payment can be made through PayPal as indicated on our website and will be processed when you complete their checkout, please be aware that payment made with an eCheque will take 10 working days to clear before your order can be processed.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website include VAT, where applicable, at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. A flat rate delivery charge is added to orders. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

Delivery
Where goods are delivered by courier, we aim to deliver 4 - 5 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

Orders will be delivered to the address registered on your PayPal account.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

General
All measurements are approximate.

The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel within 7 days after delivery in writing (via our contact form)(other than in respect of any food products, personalised items or perishable goods).

Returning items after they have been received is the customers responsibility, for the return of the goods in original and undamaged packaging. Your Big Day will not be responsible for the postage cost incurred. If you have any queries please email us using the contact form.

If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to contact us, by our contact form, as soon as is practicably possible.
